I tried many diets but would only loose a few pounds here and there, then I decided to stop drinking sugary drinks and that's when I started slowly loosing weight. I got down to around 180 and decided to get a two piece swimsuit. I was feeling a lot better, but still not where I wanted to be.
A friend of mine came to visit for a couple months and we started walking daily together and I managed to get down to 170 pounds. Here is where i was stuck for the next year.

Not knowing what else to do I did a few more diets and again lost about 5 pounds and stuck at 165 pounds, for the next 6 months until I was introduced to Skinny Fiber. My next picture is my before starting Skinny Fiber picture, and the start of my 90 day challenge I started the end of July of this year.

The next picture is one month on Skinny Fiber, I hadn't changed a thing in my diet and I had stopped walking long before that, I lost 5 pounds and my waist and stomach started going down. I went down to 160 pounds.
The Skinny Fiber is working and I'm the smallest I've been in many years, but still have a ways to go which brings me to my 2 month picture on Skinny Fiber (see below) where I got down to 157 pounds.
My waist and stomach continues to get smaller, and I am delighted. In fact, I just joined a gym and am now making healthier choices in the food I eat. I have a few more weeks of my 90 day challenge with Skinny Fiber and am excited to get down to my weight loss goal and a healthier way of life. I will keep you informed of my progress, and look forward to posting my next picture.
